Note - Karen & Peter Rafuse have quite a resume as strong leaders in the preservation movement of Covington, KY and as owners of the Carneal House of which they operated as a Bed & Breakfast. After they sold the Carneal House they moved much of their fine collection of Arts, Antiques and unique collectibles to their home in Springfield Twp. These items will be sold in this Auction. The home is so full of items packed in boxes and furniture stacked on top of furniture we only know a portion of what is actually there. We will ad to this list as we can uncover items but there will be many items not uncovered until the day before the Auction. We will have to run 2 sale rings to sell it in a day. Come prepared for an exciting day!

 

Important Auctioneer's Note

The Piano and the Travel Trailer will not be at the sale location. These items will be available for public preview from 10 am to 2 pm on Friday, March 23 and from 9:30 am to 11 am on Saturday, March 24 (Day of Sale) at the Rafuse home located at 1365 Amesbury Dr. Cincinnati, Ohio.



ALL PURCHASED ITEMS MUST BE REMOVED BY 7 PM ON DAY OF AUCTION (SAT., MARCH 24)
